Management Team
Michael Drummond, President, started with Phalanx Engineering in 1985 as a journeyman pipefitter. In 1990 he became Field Supervisor in charge of all Phalanx construction activities. In 2000 his supervisory experience made him a perfect candidate for Project Management and Estimating. In 2004 Mike assumed the role of Vice President. Mike took over as President and CEO in 2005.
Michael Shurtleff, Vice President, started with Phalanx in 1994 as a lead service man. In 2005 he took charge of the Service Department and our Controls Division.
Walter Miller is head of the Design Department and a Project Manager. Walter has forty years of experience in the design and installation of HVAC systems, including project management duties at Kiley Associates and Creative Environment, Consulting Engineers.
Eric Horsman is an Estimator and Project Manager specializing in the sheet metal phase of construction. He joined Phalanx Engineering in 2001.
Salvatore Siciliano is a Project Manager and Lead Estimator, specializing in HVAC, piping and plumbing. Sal is a graduate of New England Tech and has been apart of the Phalanx Team since 2004.
